Pottery Barn Bedding

I guess it's pretty different from the other one! Decisions, decisions....

Baby Bedding- So many choices!

Well, I have been looking around for a while trying to decide on what type of bedding Baby Barnes will have. This is tough because everything is either way over the top with patterns/animals everywhere or really understated with patterns like polka dots or stripes.

While I like understated, I want something fun for the babys room! So, I found this pattern above (Cocalo, Bella) that seemed to be a mix of both. We would probably mix the bedding with some solid pinks or greens in the pillows, curtains, lamp shade, etc...to create some balance.

I haven't decided on it for sure, but it is one of my favorites. Coleman and I are going to go to Pottern Barn Kids in May while we are in San Diego to see if we like any there. I have seen some on their website that are cute, so we are going to check them out in person.

21 Weeks, 3 Days

March 26th was a very special day for us as we went to have an ultrasound and find out what sex the baby was going to be. We will be posting some pictures soon, and there are some great shots of the baby's profile, feet, and even a cute little yawn! We are happy to announce that we will be having a baby GIRL! We hope you all did not go to Vegas with your predictions! (Well, some of you at least.)

We have been thinking more about the nursery and actually purchased the crib that we displayed in the previous post. As far as colors, we are thinking about pale pink and yellow with a splash of cream. Hopefully we will be able to settle on a name at some point in the near future. We have another doctor's appointment tomorrow afternoon and have set up a hospital tour for July.

For Memorial Day weekend we will be heading down to San Diego again for our second anniversary! We are looking forward to a very long weekend of relaxation, the beach, a baseball game, and whatever else we feel like doing.
